Cancellation terms

• If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to the beginning of your arrival, it is free of charge.
• Any time up until 60 days prior to the day of your arrival, Hotel Casa Orfea reserves the right to charge you an amount equal to 50% of the price.
• If your cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival, Hotel Casa Orfea will keep your 50% deposit. If no deposit has been previously paid, you agree to pay 50% of the cost of your stay.
• If you do not arrive on the beginning date of your stay, you agree to pay an amount equal to 100% of the price of your stay.
